Jan Castner is a 3rd Degree black belt and is an assistant instructor and coach for Team Raging Bull/J.A.K.S. He has competed nationally and had a N.A.S.K.A. ranking - TOP 5 in sparring and TOP 6 in forms. Mr. Castner began martial arts under Master Ralph Lindquist (Ishynru) in 1971. Since that time he has studied Tae Kwon Do, Judo and Aikido as well as coaching wrestling and other close contact arts. Mr. Castner teaches Kid's and Women's self defense through community organizations.
