**********Please read the following before paying for online pre-registration**********
In order for pre-registration to be complete we must receive both payment & registration form (only send .jpg, .pdf, or .doc format as we may not be able to view other formats) or competitor information (name, age, sex rank & events competing in) at joergs@joergskarate.com by the end of September 1st. If we do not get both need things then you will need to pay the additional $5 the day of the event. Do not send the information by postal mail. When we have have payment and/or registration form/competitor information we will send you an e-mail confirming it. If you don't get an e-mail within 48 hours then please contact us at the above e-mail as that means we did not get it. If you need any assistance please e-mail the above address with your phone number & name and I will call back as soon as possible. Finally please note that as stated on the flyer that no refunds will be given.
